BeadShare (hereinafter "we") takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use BeadShare.

1. Information Collection

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: email address, username, and profile details provided during registration via Apple Sign-In or email
• User Content: bead patterns, pixel art, and images you create, upload, or generate using AI features
• Usage Data: anonymous statistics on app usage, feature interactions, and AI generation usage
• Device Information: device model, operating system version, language preferences, and similar technical data
• Photos & Camera: photos you select for pattern conversion (processed on our servers and not stored beyond the generation session)

2. Information Use

We use the collected information to:

• Provide core services including pattern creation, AI generation, building guides, and ironing previews
• Process images through AI models for pattern generation (photos are sent to third-party AI providers)
• Review content to maintain community standards
• Manage subscriptions and track AI generation quotas
• Send service-related notifications (e.g., AI generation completion, content moderation results)
• Improve user experience and app performance

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Supabase: cloud database, authentication, and file storage
• AI services: AI image generation and content moderation (images and text prompts are sent to their servers)
• Apple: authentication (Sign in with Apple) and subscription payment processing via App Store

These providers have their own privacy policies governing their handling of your data.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it in the following cases:

• With your explicit consent
• When required by law or government authorities
• With the third-party service providers listed above, only as necessary for service operation
• Public patterns you choose to publish are visible to all users on the Discover page

5. Data Storage & Security

• Your data is stored on Supabase cloud servers with encryption at rest
• Local pattern data is cached on your device for offline access
• AI-generated images are stored in secure cloud storage linked to your account
• After account deletion, all related data will be removed within 30 days

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal information and created patterns
• Correct inaccurate profile information
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your patterns as images to your device
• Withdraw consent and stop using AI features at any time

7. Content Moderation

Published content is reviewed to ensure it meets our community guidelines. Reported content may undergo additional review. Content found to violate our guidelines will be removed and the creator notified.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover inadvertent collection of children's information, we will delete it promptly.

9. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated. Material changes will be announced via in-app notifications. Please check this page periodically.
