Welcome to Morphis! These terms are straightforward — here's what you're agreeing to when you use the app.

1. Agreement

In short: By using Morphis, you're agreeing to these terms.

When you use Morphis, you accept these terms. We've tried to keep them clear and fair.

2. What Morphis Is

In short: A productivity toolkit with a handcrafted feel.

Morphis is a productivity app featuring focus timers, expense tracking, to-do lists, and more — all wrapped in a skeuomorphic interface that's designed to feel real and tactile.

3. Subscriptions

In short: You're always in control of your subscription.

• Morphis offers optional paid plans called Morphis Lab Pro, available as monthly, yearly, or lifetime subscriptions.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm your purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period expires.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• If you start a free trial and then purchase a subscription, any remaining trial time will be forfeited.

4. Your Content

In short: Your stuff is yours. Always.

Everything you create in Morphis — focus sessions, expenses, to-dos, receipts — belongs to you. We don't claim any rights to your content.

5. Leaving Morphis

In short: You can leave anytime — no questions asked.

You can delete your account from Settings whenever you'd like. This permanently removes all your data from our servers. Please note this can't be undone, so make sure you're ready.

6. Disclaimer

In short: We do our best, but can't promise perfection.

Morphis is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to make the app reliable, we can't be held liable for any damages that may arise from using it.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Morphis after changes means you accept the updated terms.
